1. What personal data do we process?
In short: We process personal data that you provide to us and, where we have a proper legal basis, data that we have obtained from other public or private sources.
We process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when you use our services or otherwise contact us.
We also process personal data that we obtain from publicly available sources such as your or your company's website, social networks, public registers and from business contact database providers who have a valid legal basis for providing this personal data.

If we process your personal data, you have the right to access it. In cases of unauthorized, excessive, or repetitive requests, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse the request (this also applies to the exercise of your other rights listed below).
Right to rectification of your personal data. If you believe we are processing inaccurate or incomplete personal data about you, you have the right to request correction or completion of such data. We will do so without undue delay, subject to our technical capabilities.
Right to erasure of your personal data. 9. Data leak
A personal data breach occurs when personal data is accessed, collected, used, disclosed or disposed of in an unauthorised manner. You will be notified of a data breach when we believe you are at risk of risk or serious harm. For example, a data breach may be likely to result in serious financial harm or harm to your mental or physical well-being. In the event that we become aware of a security breach that has resulted or may result in unauthorised access, use or disclosure of personal data, we will investigate the matter promptly and notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, unless the data breach is unlikely to result in a threat to the rights and freedoms of individuals.
10. Controls for functions do not track
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting that you can activate to signal your privacy preferences so that data about your online browsing activities is not tracked and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. For this reason, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If an online tracking standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will notify you of that process in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
11. Do residents of other countries have specific privacy rights?
In short: Yes, if you are a resident of one of the following countries, you may be granted special rights.
USA
California
Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, allows our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, on an annual basis and free of charge, information about the categories of personal information we have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of any third parties with whom we have shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Japan
Under Article 31 of the Japanese Data Protection Law, if you are a resident of Japan, you also have a special right to an explanation of the reasons if you exercise any of your rights and we refuse to exercise them as you request or if we deem it appropriate to exercise them differently or if we take any action other than that which you specifically request.
Republic of Korea
Pursuant to Article 4(3) of the South Korean Data Protection Act, if you are a resident of South Korea, you also have a special right to request and obtain confirmation from us confirming our processing of your personal data.

You can ask us to delete your account and the data recorded with it by sending an email to info@ihriste.cz, enter "Request to delete user data" in the subject line. The request must include the email used to log into the application. If logging in via Facebook, please include the email you use to log in to Facebook.
